Yogyakarta – The Accounting Student Association (HIMASI), in collaboration with RENJANI, successfully organized a national webinar as part of Accounting Sparking Knowledge (ASK) 2025, with the theme: “Breaking into DJP: Success Strategies for Accounting Students to Build Careers in Taxation.”

The webinar featured Firstiyana Amin Ningno, a Tax Educator at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) in Yogyakarta. He shared valuable insights on how accounting students can prepare themselves to enter the taxation field, covering education requirements, recruitment processes, and real challenges in the workplace.

The session was moderated by Indah Kartika Sandhi, S.E., M.Acc., Ak., an accounting lecturer actively involved in tax education and student development.

Held via Zoom, the webinar attracted hundreds of participants nationwide. Attendees received e-certificates, PDF materials, and gained networking opportunities, along with practical knowledge about taxation careers.

The event serves as an important platform to equip future accountants with the mindset and tools needed to thrive in Indonesia’s evolving tax sector.
