PARTNERSHIPS
Partnerships and Tridharma Implementation
The Master of Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta, actively develops strategic partnerships with various institutions at both national and international levels. These collaborations are aimed at supporting the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education, which includes education, research, and community service.
Below are several forms of collaboration that have been implemented:
1. International Collaboration
Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Malaysia
- Visiting Lecturer Program between FEB UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta and the Faculty of Law and International Relations, UniSZA
- Joint Research Program in the field of public sector accounting conducted in 2025
This collaboration aims to enhance academic quality through knowledge exchange, strengthening international networks, and promoting cross-border research collaboration.
2. National Collaboration (Higher Education Institutions)
STIE YPUP Makassar
- Implementation agreement for collaboration in the Tridharma of Higher Education
- National seminar and call for paper as forms of academic collaboration
- Assistance in the development of Internal Quality Assurance Systems (SPMI) by FEB UPNVY lecturers
This collaboration strengthens synergy among higher education institutions in improving the quality of education, research, and community service.
3. Industry Collaboration
PT. Hamzah HS (Batik Hamzah Yogyakarta)
This collaboration provides tangible contributions to the application of accounting knowledge in the industry while also serving as a platform for practice-based learning.
4. Collaboration with Institutions and Organizations
UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta Cooperative
Pangeran Diponegoro Islamic Boarding School Foundation
This collaboration reflects the active contribution of faculty members in institutional development and community empowerment.
5. Community Service and Academic Activities
- Faculty involvement as speakers in national seminars at STIE YPUP Makassar on the transformation of higher education through research and community service
- Implementation of community service activities through assistance in quality assurance and accreditation processes in higher education institutions
Through these collaborations, the Master of Accounting Study Program at FEB UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta remains committed to continuously enhancing educational quality, expanding academic networks, and contributing meaningfully to society and industry at both national and international levels.
